Return Policy

**STARTING JANUARY 1 2015 WE WILL BE MAKING SOME CHANGES TO OUR RETURN POLICY. DUE TO SOME CHANGES BEING MADE IN OUR COMPANY IN THE NEW YEAR, WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL PURCHASES WILL BE FINAL SALE**

 

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 01/01/15:

We want you to be happy, no wait... ecstatic, with your Gypsy Threads purchase! So if your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or refund you for most items.  However, due to the nature of a small online business, there are some return guidelines and restrictions.

All returns and exchanges must be returned according to these instructions:
  • Email us at returns@gypsythreads.com to request a return authorization. Please include: NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED, and REASON FOR RETURN.
  • All clothing and shoes must be returned unsoiled, undamaged, unworn and original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box. We simply cannot honor any refunds if these standards are not met.
  • All returns must be received by our returns department within 30 days of your purchase.
  • All ACCESSORIES and SALE items are FINAL SALE.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded. Customer is responsibe for original shipping fee as well as return shipping fee. If your original order was is over $100, and items are returned which make the original order less than $100, you will be refunded less $6.75 to cover the original shipping fee.
  • We reserve the right to deny full or partial refunds for items sent back that do not meet these standards.
  • All refunds will be processed 7-10 days after recieving and inspecting return.
  • No refunds/cash back will be given for unused gift cards or shoppe credits.
