asian spinach pasta salad // linden

This recipe is from a dear dear friend of mine who I reconnected with when we both lived in San Francisco. She made it for me for dinner one night when both our husbands were working late and I have been making it ever since.  Its simple, colorful and full of asian flavor.  Hope you enjoy!
spinach - 1/2 bag
farfalle (1 box)
1/2 C. sunflower seeds
2-4 T. sesame seeds
3 cut & cooked chicken breasts (optional)
1 C. bean sprouts
1 red pepper thinly sliced
1 yellow or orange pepper thinly sliced
For dressing (in food processor):
1/2 C. canola oil
1/2 C. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. minced garlic
1 1/2 t. sesame seed oil
1 t. sesame oil - (this is hard to find.  I have done it with and without and it doesn't make much of a difference.)
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. rice vinegar
